Miami Grand Prix set to be announced

Meetings have been taking place regarding a potential Miami Grand Prix being added to the F1 calendar in the very near future. A meeting of the City Commission is due to take place next week - that will talk about the proposed contract to add Miami to the Formula One calendar. The negotiations for this future race began in May, with local media claiming a deal through 2029 was in the works. F1 business journalist Christian Sylt tells Autosport there is another meeting on July 26, and this could be the conclusive meeting to whether or not Miami gets the green light.
