Red Bull would have won the three races they have in 2018 with Honda power units, insists team principal Christian Horner. Red Bull will ditch Renault for the Japanese marque in 2019, but Honda's power and reliability remains at doubt. Honda's most recent upgrade has failed to propel Toro Rosso up the grid - they have not scored a single point in the four races since taking the new spec.
