Lewis Hamilton Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 team have officially agreed to extend the Brit’s time at the squad. Hamilton has signed a two-year contract extension which will keep him with the Silver Arrows until at least the end of 2020. The now 33-year-old joined the factory Mercedes team from his long-time home of McLaren in 2013. After winning the world championship in 2008, Hamilton has added three more with Mercedes in the last four years (2014, 2015, 2017).
