Vettel takes Hockenheim pole

Ahead of today's qualifying session the air temperature is 21 degrees C, while the track temperature is 27 degrees. Though the rain has stopped, it remains damp. However, it is warm, which means that providing there is no further rain the session, though beginning in the wet, will eventually dry out. Though Red Bull topped the timesheets in both of yesterday's session, this morning's non-event that was FP3 gave us further little insight. Furthermore, with rain expected tomorrow also, with only nine cars posting times earlier it's all pretty much in the air as in many ways we are heading into the unknown.
