Mick Schumacher Would ‘Touch Hearts' Of Fans In Following Father's Footsteps To F1
Mick Schumacher, son of seven time Formula 1 world champion Michael Schumacher, says the goal is still to reach Formula 1 and follow his father's footsteps. The nineteen year old German saw success and grabbed his first win in the FIA Formula 3 European championship at Spa Francorchamp, a historic place for the Schumacher name where his father Michael made his F1 debut in 1991 and his first win in 1992. Mick's win around the Belgium circuit saw a breakthrough in what has been a challenging second season for the German, currently lying eighth overall in the standings and three podiums to his name.
