Former F1 driver and now F1 commentator Mark Surer blames the management at Williams for their recent downfall. He suggests they should have made decisions much earlier rather than watching events unfold. The team have only scored four points so far this season, with Sergey Sirotkin going pointless up to the summer break. "Claire Williams is a very intelligent woman, but she has been watching too long, all the more in the area of the design department.
