Kevin Magnussen launched a blistering attack on Fernando Alonso after the pair's hopes of making the top-10 shootout at the Italian Grand Prix went up in smoke in a turn-one squabble at Monza. Magnussen said Alonso considers himself "God", while expressing a desire to see him leave Formula 1 for good. The pair found themselves on the same patch of asphalt in the final part of Q2, Magnussen moving ahead of the slow-moving McLaren as he prepared for his final flying lap. A good result was clearly on the cards for the Dane - his Haas teammate Romain Grosjean qualified sixth - but his lap was ruined on the first corner as Alonso came up through his slipstream and onto the inside line...
