Stroll: Even an experienced driver wouldn't help Williams

Lance Stroll believes that the problems at Williams go much deeper than simply having two young drivers behind the wheel and that bringing in a more experienced driver would ultimately prove to be fruitless, and pointed at McLaren as an example. Williams have comfortably been the worst team this season, and are only not rock bottom of the constructor standings due to Force India's administration which forced a name change, resulting in their points being wiped.
