Steiner asks Grosjean for more consistency

Romain Grosjean continues to fight for a contract next season have a tricky six months. His future is in doubt and is likely to be decided over the next few races. His boss, Guenther Steiner, asks him to be more consistent replicating results like Austria and Italy in the process. It took the Frenchman almost half the season before scoring his first points. Meanwhile, his team-mate was scoring on regular occasions. Grosjean also made plenty of silly mistakes including a crash under the safety car in Baku.
