Max Verstappen can be fiery at the best of times, but after being told that Lewis Hamilton was "too good" for him at the Singapore Grand Prix? Forget it. A pair of one-fingered salutes was the order of the day for an unsuspecting journalist at Marina Bay, although tongues were planted firmly in cheeks by all involved.
