Brawn unhappy with "void" between teams

Ross Brawn has said that the gap between the top teams and the rest is far too big and is keen to level out the playing field. The top three teams have won every race since Jenson Button won for McLaren in 2012 and Brawn is concerned about this. The budget cap that is set to be introduced for the 2021 season is a way of fighting this inequality in the sport.
