Russell could be "galvanising force" for Williams

Williams deputy chief Claire Williams believes George Russell could be a "galvanising force" for her team in 2019. Williams have had a dismal season this campaign and their deputy chief believes that the addition of Mercedes junior driver Russell, could be a determining factor in the British team relocating their successful days. It was confirmed just last week that Russell would be driving for the team next season, to become the third British driver in F1 for next season, alongside Lewis Hamilton and new McLaren man, Lando Norris.
