F1 Betting: Hamilton odds on for title win at COTA?

With Lewis Hamilton chasing a fifth world drivers' title at a circuit he has dominated like no other, the United States Grand Prix arrives at the perfect time as he looks to strike the final blow in 2018's scrap with Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel – do the odds say he is likely to do just that?
