Toro Rosso duo set for grid penalties

Brendon Hartley and Pierre Gasly are due to start the United States Grand Prix at the back of the grid as Honda fit modified Spec-3 engines in Austin, Texas. Honda first introduced the Spec-3 engine at their home race in Japan, powering both Hartley and Gasly into the top-10 shoot-out.
