Fernando Alonso has slammed the treatment which his McLaren has received at points during the season, including the United States Grand Prix on Sunday, saying that some of the drivers are treating their vehicles like a "rental car", but not necessarily on purpose. The Spaniard has just three races remaining in his Formula 1 career having decided to focus on other motorsport disciplines in 2019, and his fourth-last in Austin on Sunday was prematurely cut short in just the first lap after a collision with Lance Stroll.
