Gasly hopeful of Red Bull drive in Abu Dhabi

Pierre Gasly is hoping that he will be able to test for Red Bull at the post-season Abu Dhabi tyre test. The Frenchman will move from Toro Rosso to Red Bull replacing Renault-bound Daniel Ricciardo, partnering up with Max Verstappen at the senior team. Gasly has prior experience testing for Red Bull however the current Toro Rosso driver is keen to move to his new team in order to get acquainted with his new surroundings quicker. “Yeah, we are considering it, but at the moment nothing has been confirmed,” Gasly told Crash.net. “For sure it would be good to have a first (test), even if it’s with this year’s car, just to start working with my engineer and with...
