In what is set to be his penultimate Formula One appearance, Marcus Ericsson has qualified a career-best seventh for the 2018 Brazilian Grand Prix. Ericsson was yet to best his ninth place starting position from the 2015 Malaysian Grand Prix but will start from sixth at Interlagos once Daniel Ricciardo takes his grid penalty.
