Verstappen Punished With Public Service From The FIA For Ocon Confrontation

Max Verstappen will have to perform two days worth of public service with the FIA, following on his confrontation with Esteban Ocon after the Brazilian Grand Prix. Verstappen and Ocon were involved in an accident in the race where the Racing Point Force India driver attempted to unlap himself from the then race leader. The pair were side-by-side going into Turn 1 before they both made contact with one another, sending both drivers spinning. The incident allowed Lewis Hamilton to go by and eventually go on to win the race, with Verstappen finishing behind him in second place.
