Perez: “It shows how bad F1 is"

Sergio Perez believes that Fernando Alonso's misfortunes in the McLaren show just how bad F1 is in its current state. The Force India driver believes that the sport has deteriorated to the point where one of the best drivers on the grid cannot fight for race victories. Alonso's frustrations in recent years with McLaren have led him to announce his retirement from the sport and his pursuit of motorsports Triple Crown: Monaco Grand Prix, Le Mans 24 Hours and Indy 500 victories.
