W series preparations underway as 100+ driver applications come in

The all-female W Series has reported the demand of the series, with 100+ applications in its first month post its launch. The all-female racing championship was announced in October with support from former F1 driver David Coulthard and designer Adrian Newey. The championship is all set to feature on the DTM support bill at numerous rounds of F1 next year. The winner of the series will receive $500,000 towards their progression in motorsport.
