Smedley: Williams need to improve "all areas" to recover from 2018 season

Williams engineering chief Rob Smedley believes that the team must improve in all areas if they are to recover from their awful 2018 season. The team has just seven points to their name and prop up the standings in last position well off the pace of their nearest rival. Ahead of his final race with the team before taking time away from the sport, Smedley admitted that it was difficult to highlight just one area that had to be changed and instead made the point that the team had to fix a multitude of different things.
