George Russell is "buzzing" to drive alongside Robert Kubica

This morning, Williams announced that Robert Kubica will become the second driver to sign for the 2019 season. He partners up with F1 debutant George Russell and the Brit says he is "buzzing" to drive alongside Kubica.   Russell, 20, is currently top of the F2 standings with a championship round left.
