Brown wants F1 to be reset to allow greater on track competition

McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown has called for the sport to be reset "as quickly as possible" by introducing a budget cap.  Formula 1 chiefs are currently in talks with the commercial rights holder to talk about potential rules and regulation arrangements for 2021. Many are calling for a budget cap being introduced.  Teams like McLaren support the idea of a budget cap but teams like Mercedes and Ferrari would have to make drastic changes to get down to the budget which is likely to be set at $150 million.   Many people want a glide path which would see the budget cap brought down gradually over a few years but Brown wants the cap to be introduced immediately to...
