Verstappen hits out at "keyboard warriors"

Max Verstappen received more than his fair share of criticism in the early part of 2018 from journalists and fans on social media, and he has now encouraged people to “stick to the facts” in what they say. Verstappen endured a run of several Grands Prix where he made contact with other drivers or the walls, and it led to plenty of people questioning his temperament. His form eventually turned around, and by the end of the season, everybody was singing the Dutchman’s praises as he took two victories and leapfrogged Valtteri Bottas in the drivers’ standings.
