Hartley to Ferrari "just rumours" according to his father
Brendon Hartley has recently been linked to a Ferrari developmental driver role however the Kiwi's father insists the story is nothing but rumours. Hartley was dropped by Toro Rosso after a difficult 2018 season and replaced by Daniil Kyvat. According to Corriere dello Sport, Hartley was in the frame to be named as new development and test driver for Ferrari after Kvyat left the team to replace Hartley and Antonio Giovinazzi was confirmed as a race driver for Sauber, leaving the role at Ferrari in the process. “It’s just rumours,” Bryan Hartley told Newshub.
