New race engineers for Magnussen & Grosjean

Both Haas drivers Romain Grosjean & Kevin Magnussen will drive with new race engineers this year. Haas have confirmed that both of their drivers will have to adjust to new race engineers at the start of this season. Romain Grosjean's new engineer will be Dominic Haines, who worked as Romain's performance engineer from 2016. Prior to joining Haas, Haines was with Lotus and worked as an engineering co-ordinator and strategist. Kevin Magnussen will be working with Gary Gannon, who was Grosjean's race engineer since Haas' entry in 2016.
