Helmut Marko has no interest in Red Bull joining Formula 1 "because we're racing purists".  Helmut Marko has said that his team will not join Formula E. In an interview with Autosport Marko opened up on the reasons why.  "As good as we are in marketing, Formula E is for us only a marketing excuse from the automotive industry to distract from the diesel scandal, "The bottom line is that diesel is by far the most efficient engine."
