Renault boss quits before first day
Thierry Koskas has left his role as the boss of Renault F1 before even starting. Koskas was named president of Renault Sport in November, giving him control over the French car manufacturer's Formula 1 programme. He had attended the season-ending Abu-Dhabi Grand Prix as part of a fact-finding mission ahead of starting his new role. However, just 18 days before he was set to begin, Koskas has left the Renault Group for good. Jerome Stoll, who had been gearing up for retirement, will now continue as president.
