Mercedes boss Dieter Zetsche writes open letter to UK over Brexit

Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG Dr. Dieter Zetsche has written an open letter to the people of the UK ahead of Brexit. With the UK set to leave the European Union in a matter of weeks, there still is a lot of uncertainty over the exact nature of how things will actually play out. This also applies to Formula 1 teams, which are large multi-national entities; many of whom are based in Britain and are full of European workers. Mercedes might be a German company, but their Formula 1 effort is fully based in the UK with the team working from a factory in Brackley and their High Performance Power Unit efforts being based in Brixworth.
