Marcin Budkowski: Renault team are working on a "tight" schedule

Marcin Budkowski, Renault's executive director, confirms his team are working on a "tight" schedule as the car's reveal date looms. He remains confident that Renault will improve on their 2018 challenger as they look to move closer to the top three. The team will also be boosted by Daniel Ricciardo, who arrives after a shock move from Renault. According to reports in the summer, Renault started work on their 2019 car just after the half-way point. With Haas much improved, it's unsure how much attention was steered back towards 2018 version, but Budkowski claims they're pushed for time.
