Red Bull "agree with Ferrari and Mercedes" about budget cap

Red Bull Racing advisor Dr Helmut Marko has revealed that the Austrian team are in agreement with both Ferrari and Mercedes about the budget cap which is set to take force in 2021, although the rest of the paddock isn't agreeing with the top three teams. Although the plan hasn't officially been confirmed, teams are already getting their heads around a budget cap. The idea of it from Liberty Media's side is to even the playing field, as the top teams currently have a budget that's four times higher than smaller teams like Haas or Force India (until they got bought out, at least).
