BREAKING: Williams will not run in first day of testing in Barcelona

Williams have confirmed they will not be ready for the start of testing for the 2019 season in Barcelona. The opening day of testing is set to start on Monday at the Circuit de Catalunya, but the British team have now confirmed to have run out of time to complete its FW42. "Unfortunately, we have had to delay the start of our pre-season Barcelona test to Tuesday morning," Claire Williams said. "We have had an incredibly busy winter at Grove getting the FW42 prepared for the season ahead and, despite everyone's best efforts, we need some more time before it will be ready to run.
