Mark Webber believes Hamilton and Verstappen are 'the best in the world'

Former Red Bull driver Mark Webber has predicted which drivers he believes to be quick during the upcoming season. The Australian believes that Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen are the two quickest drivers on the grid. When asked about fellow countryman Daniel Ricciardo, Webber thinks that he will struggle for speed in the Renault.    It is always hard to judge the competitiveness of teams during winter testing. However, there is a general belief that Mercedes are not the top team any more.
