Williams is hampered by a "fundamental" problem with design according to Russell
The problems Williams had in 2018 have rolled into the 2019 season. According to George Russell, we shouldn't expect the "fundamental" problem to be rectified soon. The rear of the grid for the Australian Grand Prix will be occupied by both Williams drivers. Rookie Russell says Williams has discovered the problem, but it will take months to fix. “There is one fundamental [problem] which I don’t want to discuss publicly.
