Before race day at Albert Park, McLaren flattered only to deceive as they depart the season-opening Australian Grand Prix as they departed Melbourne without a point, a year earlier they finished fifth with Fernando Alonso. Lando Norris gave the team reason to smile when he qualified eighth on his first Saturday as a Grand Prix driver, but that's as good as it got for the Woking outfit.
