City vote places Miami Grand Prix up for debate again

The city of Miami has formally put its planned Formula 1 street-race back up for vote - with the City Commission expected to vote for the race again on March 28. In September 2018, the commission voted to delay discussions about the potential street-race, but next Thursday - the subject of a potential grand prix in the city of Miami will be up for discussion once again. F1i.com report that representatives from Formula 1 and the race's promoter South Florida Racing, have been very active over the past few months talking with the representatives of Miami and perhaps more significantly, with the Bayfront Management Trust - who control the land where the track is located.
