Renault boss Cyril Abiteboul wants Formula 1 to look into 'e-fuels'

Renault boss Cyril Abiteboul has called for Formula 1 to start looking at alternative ways of fueling their cars. The Frenchman wants to see an end of the use of fossil fuels and would like to see Formula 1 lead the way in creating a new fuel source. Some traditional Formula 1 fans will be dead against moving away from the current fuel but it is realistic that something has to change.  "It is in our hands whether the young generation is still enthusiastic about driving in circles," he is quoted by Auto Bild. "That's also because of the technologies we use." "We are talking about e-fuels or fuel that does not come from fossil fuels," said the Frenchman....
