Arthur Leclerc, brother of Charles, added to Sauber's young driver programme

Arthur Leclerc, younger brother of Ferrari Formula 1 racer Charles, has joined the Sauber Junior Team for 2019, and will race in German Formula 4. The younger Leclerc, 18, finished fifth in last season’s French Formula 4 championship, and tested Formula E machinery earlier this year as part of his development role with Venturi. Sauber Motorsport, which runs Alfa Romeo Racing in Formula 1, created a junior team for 2019, with Leclerc the latest addition to the roster. The company has collaborated with Charouz Racing System to field a team in Formula 2 and Formula 3 while that tie extends to incorporate the US Racing organisation in Formula 4.
