Race: Hamilton wins in China as Ferrari squabble

Mercedes romped to an easy 1-2 at the Chinese Grand Prix with Lewis Hamilton setting himself up for the victory with a pass on Valtteri Bottas into Turn 1 on lap 1. There was drama even before the race began as Max Verstappen spun on the opening lap as he tried to warm his tyres with Robert Kubica doing the exact same moments later. The track temperature was roughly 10′ cooler than Saturday's qualifying. As the race begun Hamilton took the lead off pole-sitter Bottas while Leclerc got the jump on Sebastian Vettel. Behind them, though, there was yet more drama as Daniil ‘Torpedo' Kvyat hit not one but both McLarens. The Torpedo is back #Race1000 #ChineseGP #WTF1...
