Alexander Albon believes Toro Rosso should have reached Q3 at all three races of the 2019 season so far, saying the team has not been “as bad as the table suggests” in the early part of the year. Toro Rosso has scored points in all three races so far this season, but sits second from bottom in the constructors’ championship after only recording a best race finish of ninth.
