Christian Horner says "that penalty was too harsh" about Pierre Gasly
Christian Horner has said that he has the support of the other teams on the grid about re-visiting the rule book. During the Azerbaijan Grand Prix Pierre Gasly's weekend was effectively ruined after he picked up multiple penalties before the race even started.
