Ferrari left with ‘work ahead' says Vettel

Sebastian Vettel admitted that Ferrari have 'work ahead' if they are to get anywhere near Mercedes at the Monaco Grand Prix. The Scuderia ended Thursday's running well adrift of the Mercedes pair of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas – Vettel would conclude FP2 in P3, some 0.7s shy of Hamilton, while Leclerc was all the way down in P10, 1.2s off the pace. “We tried a lot of things, they didn’t really work so it was not that productive,” Vettel told reporters in Monte Carlo. “Overall we are struggling a bit, obviously lacking a bit of pace compared to Mercedes, struggling a bit to get the tyres to really work, so a bit of work ahead of us. “It’s a bit of everything, so not...
