Williams believes mid-season update package will determine success of 2019 car

Williams believe that the mid-season package update will have a huge bearing on whether they chose the right philosophy change for this season. Due to delays to the pre-season testing in Barcelona, Williams have been on the back foot ever since. Much like last season, Williams have consequently been towards the back of the grid, but in Monaco and Spain, there were signs of slight improvements for the British side.
