Impressive Stroll delighted with home GP points after lowly starting position
Home favourite Lance Stroll was very pleased with his performance on Sunday to take P9 from a grid position of 17th in another terrific recovery drive. Stroll has been knocked out in Q1 at every race this season, but it hasn’t stopped him scoring points at three events, with ninth placed finishes in Australia, Azeerbaijan and Canada. Stroll’s move to Racing Point has been criticised by many, but on this showing, he’s worthy of the seat.
