Tanabe: Results 'not as high up as we would have liked'

Honda's F1 Technical Director, Toyoharu Tanabe has admitted the results the Canadian Grand Prix yielded were not as good as hoped for but he has praised the fight shown by Daniil Kvyat. Honda finished with three cars in the points at the race in Montreal with Max Verstappen climbing from ninth to fifth, Pierre Gasly finishing eighth and Daniil Kvyat earning a hard-fought tenth place. Alex Albon was the only Honda-powered driver to finish outside the points as he failed to finish the race.
