Steiner confident teams won't prioritise 2021 insisting 'you learn every year'

Guenther Steiner has emphatically shut down the idea that teams could favour development for the 2021 regulation changes over the 2020 Championship, admitting: "Whatever you do, you learn every year". It was confirmed yesterday that the deadline for the confirmed regulation changes for the 2021 season had been delayed until October. The changes set for two years time are supposed to be Liberty Media's first big impression on the sport having bought the brand in January 2017. A cost cap was brought forward to commence in 2020 but the rest of the rules are yet to be set in stone.
