F1 should take leaf out of MotoGP's book, according to Grosjean

Romain Grosjean believes Formula 1 should model its tyre situation around Moto GP, with the competition having an experimental tyre compound that alters as the season progresses. Pirelli, F1's official tyre supplier, elects five compounds for the whole season and each team is allowed to pick three of the five for each grand prix - with the rule being that two of the three compounds have to be used at some point throughout the weekend. After the 2018 season, there was multiple complaints about the state of the tyres.
