Insight: Drivers offer perspective on Vettel penalty and racing

The Formula 1 paddock reconvened at Circuit Paul Ricard on Thursday, with several drivers offering their view on the well-publicised incident at the Canadian Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel was given a five-second time penalty after he was judged to have re-joined the track unsafely and forced Lewis Hamilton to take evasive action.
