FIA summons Ferrari to penalty hearing in France

Sebastian Vettel The FIA has summoned Ferrari to a hearing in Paul Ricard as it works through the penalty review process initiated after the Canadian Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel was penalised with a five second time penalty for an unsafe rejoin while leading in Canada, ultimately dropping him to second behind Lewis Hamilton at the chequered flag. Shortly after the race Ferrari announced its intent to appeal the decision, before withdrawing that and instead instigating the review process.
