Max Verstappen 'not here to be fourth' and calls for Red Bull to speed up

Max Verstappen has said that he wants Red Bull to improve as he is "not here to be fourth" but expects that things will take a while to change. The Dutchman is hopeful that his current team will turn things around but he has said that he "wants to win races" and will look to move teams if Red Bull can't offer him a race winning car.  When asked about how long he would give Red Bull to improve, Verstappen said that performances in the upcoming races were more important.  "To be honest," he said to Sky Sports F1.
